Since we specialize in bulk custom clothing and personalized apparel, all bulk orders are placed directly through our sales team via phone or email — bulk orders are not accepted through our website.
This ensures personalized service, accurate order details, and smooth processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns if the product delivered is:
Damaged or defective
Incorrect in terms of size, color, or quantity from what was confirmed in the direct order agreement
🚫 Due to the nature of bulk manufacturing and custom branding, we do not accept returns for size preferences or design changes after order confirmation.
How to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
Share unboxing images or videos clearly showing the issue
Email us at howdy@adyourdream.com with your Order ID and issue details
Our support team will investigate and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
You’ll receive an email confirmation
For UPI or wallet payments, processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider
Non-Refundable Situations
Customized products with logo printing (unless damaged or defective)
Minor color variations due to display differences
Delays caused by shipping providers (unless unreasonable or unresponsive)
